Session Three: Truth & Vision – Seeing Clearly & Creating Your Life

Chakras 5 & 6 are about speaking truthfully, tapping into your creativity, and seeing your life more clearly so you can move forward with your vision. You will work with your neck and jaw, as well as your brain and capacity for “inner vision” via your spiritual third eye. As we go deeper expect to spend a little more time meditating at the end of this practice.
