Session Four: Radical Transformation – Everyday Enlightenment!

This last session will take you through all 6 of the previous chakras, touching on key areas of the body and their energetic qualities, and ending in a powerful meditation on chakra seven. Are you ready for radical transformation? The seventh chakra has to do with developing your ability to see the potential for moment of enlightened awareness in every situation and area of your life. Expect a strong yoga practice, followed by our deepest meditation so far.
